Settlement pending in formaldehyde cases

Florida RV park lot owners appeal court’s decision on lot rules

(April 12, 2012) -- Owners of lots in the Bluewater Key RV Ownership Park in Key West are appealing a trial court's judgement in favor of the Blue Water Key RV Ownership Park Property Owners Association. The trial court ruled that the Association could impose certain requirements upon lot owners through a vote of the Board of Directors, rather than a vote of the lot owners, reports Leagle.com.
