Winegard wins patent infringement case

(Nov. 16, 2011) -- King Controls had accused Winegard's Carryout product of infringing claims of two U.S. patents owned by King Controls. Winegard challenged the validity of the patents on various grounds. After a five-day trial, the jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of Winegard in just over two hours of deliberations, the company said in a press release.

Good Sam posts $1.9 million profit

Store merchandise sales decreased $1.2 million from the third quarter of 2010 due to a same store sales decrease of $1.5 million, or 2.5 percent.
