FEMA seeks proposals for emergency housing

(Sept. 18, 2017) -- The Federal Emergency Management Agency submitted a request for proposals Friday afternoon seeking up to 1,000 commercial, off-the-lot travel trailers to help families displaced by recent hurricanes.
