RV spots opening up in North Dakota

(Jan. 7, 2013) -- Last year, the city of Williston implemented a ban on RVs , which left oil workers with no place to park their rigs. When the ban was imposed, public and private RV parks were already at full capacity. But as winter started, spots are slowly becoming available.
