OSHA rule bars retaliation against whistle-blowers

(Jan. 13, 2017) -- A final rule issued last month by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration prohibits employers from using threats, reduced hours, blacklisting, or termination to deter employees from reporting motor vehicle defects or safety violations.
