Alaska Supreme Court ruling spells trouble for dealers

(Oct. 26, 2012) -- "The case sets a precedent in declaring an RV dealership has the responsibility to verify the work of a state motor vehicle's department," Palmer told RV Daily Report. "The court basically ruled that if a dealership receives a title that indicates an RV is a 2003 model when, in fact, it is a 2002 model,  then the company has the onus to verify the title."
