Opinion: Be thankful for online reviews

(Nov. 24, 2016) -- The truth is that if you choose to ignore online reviews based on such a small sampling of people, you are doing so at your own peril. You are not only giving more power to those few voices, your lack of a response actually encourages people to look elsewhere.
