Goshen set to annex Lippert, Keystone RV property

(Nov. 18, 2016) -- Council members Tuesday approved a four-year fiscal plan for the annexation, along with a resolution to fund an internal loan to help pay for a water main project for the annexation area, Goshen News reported.
