Escapees Rover’s Roost celebrates 35th anniversary

(Nov. 8, 2016) -- In the June/July 1981 issue of the newsletter, Escapees announced individual full-hookup lots could be leased with a membership in the co-op. Ten acres was found for $48,000 and, sight unseen, 120 members put money down to build an RV park outside of Casa Grande, Ariz.
