RVIC launches certified pre-owned program

(July 12, 2016) -- The Blue Shield Certified Pre-Owned RV Program provides for an independent, third party, unbiased inspection by a National RV Inspectors Association certified RV inspector and comes either with an optional 90-day service agreement.
