Jobs up, but so is unemployment

(April 1, 2016) -- The "official" unemployment rate jumps to 5 percent, but the United states lost 29,000 manufacturing jobs in March, a total of 93,482,000 people of working age are not employed, and 25,741,000 foreign-born people had jobs do have jobs, which is a new record.
