Bass Pro Shops recognized for customer service

(Feb. 3, 2016) -- Bass Pro Shops ranked at the top of the sporting goods category with the highest customer satisfaction score. It placed second overall in customer satisfaction across mobile, web, and in-store customer experience. Compared with all retailers, only Apple ranked higher.
