Plattsmouth, Neb., seeks RV park developer

(Jan. 19, 2016) -- The City of Plattsmouth is offering a 29-acre riverfront parcel for development as a 190-site campground/RV park, and is offering $1.2 million in cash and tax incentives to assist the developer.
