S.R. Smith recalls pool lifts over fall hazard

(Jan. 6, 2016) -- Welds securing the lift base plate and/or mast can break, posing a fall hazard. The firm received reports of two incidents in which the lift fell over due to inadequate welds in the base plate or mast.
