Atwood Mobile sells its fabricated glass division

(June 5, 2012) -- Atwood Mobile Products announced today it has finalized an agreement June 3 to sell Spec-Temp, the fabricated glass division of Atwood, to Tem-Pace, LLC of Niles, Mich. “The sale of Spec-Temp allows Atwood to provide a greater focus on our core RV and specialty vehicle markets with a product portfolio that includes an array of appliances, chassis and seating hardware, powered vent fans, gas detectors, and entry doors and windows,” said Stephens.
