What does the digital age mean for you?

(March 28, 2012) -- Incorrect or missing information in the digital age throws sand in the gears. It either stops progress or completely defeats the purpose of today's digital tools. In 2010, ADP Lightspeed did a database study of more than 500 dealerships and found that between 2007 and 2010, $25 million of parts sales were made to customers' records with no name. Without a name assigned, customer purchase history was lost, customer profitability was untracked and the possibility of contacting the customer after the sale was impossible.
