South Dakota seeks $11 million to improve state park

(Jan. 5, 2015) -- South Dakota's Department of Game, Fish and Parks plans to ask the state legislature to approve $11 million in debt for improvements to resort facilities at Custer State Park, the Rapid City Journal reported.
