Texas dealer Billy Sims passed away Dec. 13

(Dec. 15, 2014) -- Family and friends will gather to celebrate the life of Wayland "Billy" Sims, 80, of Lubbock from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 16 at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers.
