California campgrounds must warn of cancer agents

(Feb. 22, 2012) -- Like the Americans with Disabilities Act, California's Proposition 65 is enforced through civil lawsuits and as a result is becoming the next wave of “drive-by” lawsuits, the California Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds warned RV parks today.
