Norcold settles class action suit

(Sept. 12, 2014) -- Norcold, which denies the allegations, said the settlement will allow the company to avoid the uncertainty, risk, expense and distraction of further class-action litigation. The settlement amounts to $24.5 million in cash to RV owners and $8.5 million to the attorneys filing the action.
