Securities fraud changes to impact Wis. RV park owner

(July 25, 2014) -- The state agreed to dismiss charges of securities fraud and racketeering in exchange for Van Der Molen’s guilty plea. However, prosecutor Assistant Attorney General Eric Défort asked the charges be considered during sentencing, according to the LaCrosse Tribune.
