James Gero becomes chairman of Drew Industries

(May 29, 2014) -- James F. Gero, a member of Drew's Board of Directors since 1992, was appointed chairman of the board of directors immediately following the company's annual meeting of stockholders May 22. He replaces Leigh J. Abrams, who was given the honorary title of chairman emeritus.
