Hoeffer sues Global Caravan Technologies

(May 2, 2014) -- Charles Hoefer yesterday filed suit against Global Caravan Technologies citing a conspiracy by seven people plus Red Wing Capital and C.H. Douglas and Gray, LLC, to defraud him of his rightful majority ownership, employment and executive leadership of the company.
