IRS issues final employer Obamacare rules

(Feb. 11, 2014) -- Under the final regulatons, the employer mandate will apply to employers with 100 or more full-time employees beginning Jan. 1, 2015. The final rules will apply to midsize businesses with 50 to 99 full-time equivalent employees beginning Jan. 1, 2016.
