Debit card rates are changing — again

(Aug. 13, 2013) -- Apparently, the U.S. courts have found the Durbin amendment to the 2010 Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act to be insufficient and has ordered the Federal Reserve Board to rewrite the debit card regulations, which has caused quite a controversy.
