Louisiana RV park plagued by drainage problems

(July 19, 2013) -- There have been several times in the past year that flooding from a nearby pond has washed within inches of RVs at Ouachita RV Park, causing major inconveniences for residents and, possibly, health and safety concerns as well, The News Star reported.
