Escapees plans celebration of life for Kay Peterson

(June 23, 2017) -- A memorial to celebrate the life of Kay Peterson will take place July 1 at 2 p.m. at the CARE center in Livingston, Texas. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to to CARE (Continued Assistance for Retired Escapees), which Kay founded in 1992.
