Extension cord sparks RV fire, kills Calif. man

(April 17, 2017) -- A 52-year-old man died Sunday morning when his recreation vehicle caught fire, an incident the city’s fire chief called tragic, Mercury News reported. Menlo Park fire investigators determined a pinched extension cord running through the driver’s side door caused the fire.
