Winnebago to reissue 2.29 million shares of stock

(April 6, 2017) -- Winnebago Industries today announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of an aggregate 2,293,277 shares of Winnebago common stock by funds affiliated with Summit Partners. However, Winnebago will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
