N.C.: Park ranger dragged by car

(Feb. 20, 2017) -- A park ranger ran into some trouble when he attempted to stop a driver that afternoon. Officer J.P. Oksnevad wanted to tell the driver that the Linville Access was full, but the driver continued into the lot, according to park officials. When the man looped around and started to leave the lot, Oksnevad tried to talk to him and grasped the handle to the man's car door, park officials say.
