Louisiana couple sues TMC, Dixie Motors, BoA

(Jan. 24, 2017) -- Dianna and Minos Gaspard filed suit Jan. 9 against Thor Motor Coach, Dixie RV and Bank of America alleging a breach of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act regarding a purchase of a 2017 Quantum Class C motorhome. They seek damages of $150,000 plus rescission of the sale.
