The real reason for the RV recall surge

(Jan. 17, 2017) -- The increase in recalls in the past year appears to be directly related to the fact that many RV manufacturers were failing to comply with recall regulations for years until Forest River and Spartan Motors were fined $35 million and $9 million, respectively, in July 2015.
