Clark, Fenechs nab 764,426 shares of Winnebago

(Nov. 21, 2016) -- Don Clark, Ron Fenech and Bill Fenech each own 2.4 percent of Winnebago, a stake worth $24 million each. However, the majority owners of Grand Design each locked down 2,293,277 shares, which gives each entity 7.3 percent control of Winnebago common stock.
