American RVer honors 74-year-old bicyclist

(Aug. 4, 2016) -- Del Francis is riding his bicycle from Texas to Washington, D.C., to honor 74 sailors who perished during the Vietnam War onboard the USS Frank E. Evans when it collided with the Australian Aircraft Carrier HMAS Melbourne and sank.
