Indiana approves $42 million in aid to Elkhart area

(March 11, 2016) -- An 11th-hour deal struck before the end of Indiana’s legislative session late Thursday night will ensure the South Bend-Elkhart Region will see $42 million from the Regional Cities Initiative, the Elkhart Truth reported.
