TriMas reported fourth quarter, full year results

(Feb. 25, 2016) -- TriMas reported fourth quarter net sales from continuing operations of $192.8 million, a decrease of 13.7% compared to fourth quarter 2014. The company reported a fourth quarter 2015 loss from continuing operations of $60.8 million, or a loss of $1.35 per diluted share, as compared to income of $7.7 million, or $0.17 per diluted share during fourth quarter 2014.
