OPINION: Distributors need to disclose orders to suppliers

(Feb. 29, 2016) -- It is unreasonable for a wholesale distributor to think it can spring a big order on a supplier and expect the firm to deliver without adequate time to manufacture the widgets and prepare them for shipping.
