Consumer prices rise 0.2 percent in October

(Nov. 17, 2015) -- October consumer prices rose by an expected 0.2 percent in the month, which reversed the 0.2 percent drop in September, RBC Economics reported. The increase contributed to the year-over-year rate rising to 0.2 percent from 0.0 percent in September.
