Canadian annual inflation rate falls to 1 percent

(Oct. 23, 2015) -- Canada’s consumer price index fell by 0.2 percent on a month-over-month (not seasonally adjusted) basis in September after prices were unchanged in August, RBC Economics reported today. This pushed the year-over-year rate of inflation downward to 1.0 percent in September from 1.3 percent in August and July.
