RVDA releases revised Service Management Guide

(Sept. 18, 2015) -- The guide offers more than 100 pages of average work unit times, along with check sheets that serve as a reference for managers and technicians. It also has more service management guidance, from training opportunities and job descriptions to tool lists and managing common situations faced by the service department.
