Navistar stocks fall amid new SEC probe

(Sept. 3, 2015) -- The Securities and Exchange Commission is investigating possible violations of both securities law and a previous settlement between Navistar and the SEC. The Lisle, Illinois-based company's shares dropped more than 4 percent, the Gazette reported.
