Camper killed by stray bullet sparks citizen petition

(July 8, 2015) -- Mac McVicker lives half a mile from Rainbow Falls road. Two homes in his subdivision have been hit with stray bullets during recent years. He decided to craft a petition to ask the U.S> Forest Service to ban shooting within two miles of homes, farms and barns, KDRO reported.
