New overtime regulations to impact dealerships

(June 9, 2015) -- The Department of Labor will be focusing on increasing the salary threshold, as well as refining the duties that would qualify an employee from being exempt from overtime. Currently, employers can avoid overtime by paying someone at least $23,600 per year. Experts have estimated that cap could rise to $46,800, Powersports Business reported.
