(June 23, 2015) -- He asserts that since he purchased the vehicle it has been defective including leaking windows, water damage and the growth of mold and mildew inside the vehicle, according to the Louisiana Record. Wuertz claims the defects he discovered existed at the time of sale and that the RV had 30 invoices for water damage.
