Ind. Drops Chauffeur License for Transporters

Indiana has eliminated the requirement to hold a chauffeur’s license in order to transport RVs. Gov. Mike Pence signed Senate Bill 197 into law which went into effect immediately, the Recreation Vehicle Indiana Council (RVIC) reported in a release. Thor acquires Postle Aluminum Co.

(May 1, 2015) — Thor Industries, Inc. today announced it has acquired Elkhart, Ind.-based Postle Operating, LLC, d/b/a Postle Aluminum Co., (Postle), effective today, May 1, 2015. The total purchase price, paid in cash, is approximately $144 million, subject to post-closing adjustments.
