(April 9, 2015) -- The weekly increase in claims marked the first rise in five weeks, with the recent downtrend pushing the four-week moving average down to 282,250 in the latest week. That marked the lowest reading for the measure since June 2000, RBC Economics reported.

(April 8, 2015) -- On April 4, Deputy Robbie Plyler went to Price Trail off Bobo Road in reference to the burglaries at Okolona’s Antoine River Hunting Club. After conversing with two camp members, Plyler learned that three campers had recently experienced break-ins.

(April 8, 2015) -- The volunteers help set up housing, safety shelters, provide food, emergency clothing and referrals to local social services. They also work with local organizations such as the Salvation Army, churches and the National Guard, which sometimes may provide food or shelter.
