(April 25, 2015) -- Retiring managers will train on site. We pay a management fee of $1200 per month plus large, full hook-up/private manager's site all utilities included. Duties include on-site availability to manage phone/online reservations, guest arrivals plus light landscaping and weekly social gatherings with guests.
