Oil prices slide to six-year low

(March 16, 2015) -- Crude oil prices in the United States fell to $43.18, its lowest since March 2009, before rebounding to around $43.35 today, Fox Business reported, adding that benchmark crude futures contracts have fallen on mounting evidence of a global glut that is filling oil inventories rapidly.
