Developers plan overhaul to Havasu RV resort

(Jan. 5, 2015) -- The redeveloped resort will feature 190 to 220 lots with a clubhouse, swimming pool, block wall, two entry gates and landscaping to meet city codes. Caputo and Kaufman hope to transform the Havasu RV Resort in 2015.
