With gas prices falling, will fuel surcharges disappear?

(Nov. 6, 2014) -- Now that fuel prices are falling and appear unlikely to get anywhere near the $4 per gallon fee that prompted the "temporary" surcharge, can we expect an announcement soon that those charges have been eliminated?
